Well, hopefully I will be able to get back into blogging at some point. Who knows, maybe this will kick off the new blogging Dan. Things have been interesting during our Horizon vacation. We took one week for some rest… and then we took the next week for our anniversary trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto(both very cool places, come highly recommended)… and now I miss Horizon. I’ve really been praying for God’s perspective in our whole situation and I think I got at least a glimpse of it in Toronto.
After our vacation is over I really want to concentrate on Men’s stuff, prayer and link groups… I feel like I gave up all the stuff I was really passionate about(mostly due to time constrants and some to just where we were) when I took on the pastor role. Isn’t it weird how that happens sometimes… people see something in you as you do what you are passionate about and then give you some role because of it… then you are too busy with that role to do what you are passionate about and no one is happy with the situation. You see it in the workplace as much as in churches.
Anyways… back to work…
