I hope your day is blessed with time with family and being reminded of the incarnation. Happy Birthday master. Merry Christmas everyone!
We are in Narrows, VA visiting Alicia’s family. We have had a very nice time so far. We are going to First Baptist Narrows this morning and then doing the present thing with family.

We are back in Richmond for a day before spending the weekend with Alicia’s family. We were just up in Maryland for me to work. They kept me busy with work and I’m a bit exhausted. Ready for a break. While up there I got to spend at least a little time with some of my favorite people in the world(mom, dad, mike, brad, scott, leslie and a few others). I miss them all a lot, it was nice to see them. We’ll be back up there for new years weekend and will hopefully get to spend a little more time with them. For now we are trying to recover and prep for our country visit. May God bless you as you celebrate the birth of his son this weekend.

Last night we went to Adele’s Christmas party. It was a very good time of hanging out with a lot of different people. ADR and Living Above were both represented well. We enjoyed the conversation and laughs. Thanks Adele for a great time! I’ll put a couple of photos up on my flickr account.

So today my brother-in-law Jarrett and I did some manly work and put five rolls of insulation under our house. About half of the great room is done now. I got inspired by hearing that James and Jennifer Murphy had done their floors. You wouldn’t believe what all we found under there! Tons of liquor bottles, a couple of girls shoes(not matching) a couple bones(maybe dog or cat), lots of brick and broken glass and other random stuff. We laid 6 mil plastic down to cover the floor which was a huge help. It’s pretty tight under there. Hopefully that will make the floors in the living room part of the great room stay warmer. As long as it makes a noticable difference I’ll get some more and finish it up sometime in the next couple weeks. Goodbye cold floors!
