Our normal routine around here has been for Alicia to get up sometime between 4:30 and 5 and be at work at either 6 or 6:30… and me waking up at 7 or 8 and being ready for work by 9. Well, this morning I got up with Alicia. Yep, 4:55. And I know it’s just a little after 10, but so far I’m loving it. I had time to eat breakfast with Alicia, drink some tea, read the bible, enjoy some morning sun from the back porch, shower and shave all before I normally wake up. It has made for a much more relaxing, enjoyable morning so far. I think I’m gonna try to make it a habit.

your going to be asleep by 7
We are doing Yoga in the park tonight at 7. I will probably be tired by then though.
morning people rule!and rock!
i wont stab at your masculinity because your doing yoga with your wife but if you start watching lifetime and reading cosmo, we’re gunna have to have a talk.
what time do you go to bed?
We normally go to bed between 10 and 11.
i applaud you, Daniel! i LOVE early mornings but my internal clock with all my ailments does not. hopefully when i am finished with all of my treatments i can be an early bird who gets the worm too! Nothing wrong with a man watching Life time - it’s a sign you are secure in your masculinity and in touch with your feminine side! Way to go!
well said adele!
by the way, dan also got up with me today @ 4:30! however, he will not get to bed early tonight, so i’m not sure how tomorrow looks for getting those worms.
