I think it's just a matter of scale. When there are 3 babies crying and only two adults in the house, who are often trying to do something else like prepare bottles and cleanup messes, they just can't give them the attention they want/need. Sometimes the new environment/new faces can make them edgy and cause stuff like that! And when your the parent, it's almost like that sound doesn't bother you-it's hard when you come a quieter home!
