The realities that we want to see realized are not going to come unless there is a shift in priority and paradigm. Its not going to come with only a mere part-time effort either. It takes full commitment. You said you "started feeling lately like we need to be a part of a faith community". I do hope you are still considering the possibility of starting one, especially with the experience, knowledge, passion, gifts, and unique vision you possess (yes it is unique).
