My mother has a dog that is going to pass away soon. She also (my mother) has Parkinsons disease so she is home alot. I wanted to get her a kitty for when the dog does pass away. So she will have something to love. The dog is old and would never notice a new animal. We take our puppy over to visit and she does not move so she would be great with the kitty.
