The property is owned by a guy that owns 19 properties in town, another one of which suffered a fire early this year that killed 3 children (in the recent fire, no one is reported as injured, though 11 people were displaced). Maybe you could help us build a Vacant Petersburg? I enjoyed the inviting, pastel look. I came across Kiva though a friend of mine and am considering loaning any proceeds from my various projects to it. Seems like a very cool model to me.
