		<description>I support your idea in theory but from what I have seen at the games the Kicker fans are some of the most passive soccer fans in the world. You would need rabid pitbull supporters to get any kind of traction in this town. Small soccer stadiums in metro areas can work just take a look at the Portland Timbers. I just don&#039;t think there are enough soccer supporters willing to stand up for the team, unless it is to throw a frisbee at half-time. If there were an effort to put a small stadium downtown it would have my support but it would be an incredible uphill battle. 

Despite my negativity I agree that the Kickers are deserving of more support. Every year they strive to put a quality team on the pitch and usually succeed. Unfortunately with the start of DCU&#039;s season most weekends I will be making the trek up to see my first soccer love United.</description>
